Full Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the paid self-help materials on cbtwithai.com: the thought journal, CBT exercises, courses, and the Helpy AI guide. CBT Without a Therapist is a self-help tool that offers general educational information and CBT-based exercises. It is not medical care, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed professional. How you pay
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you buy Full Access, Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction. That means Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice and receipt, and handles billing on our behalf.
You can pay by major credit or debit card and the other methods Lemon Squeezy supports at checkout. The charge on your statement may appear under Lemon Squeezy's name.
Payment security
Your card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's secure, encrypted checkout. CBT Without a Therapist never sees or stores your full card number or other payment credentials — that data stays with Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors. The site runs over HTTPS.
Your receipt and invoice
After a successful payment, Lemon Squeezy emails your receipt and invoice to the address you used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us — we'll help track it down.
When access turns on
Access unlocks automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — there's nothing else you need to do. Full Access stays active for as long as the service is available.
Refunds
Full Access is a digital product that's delivered in full right after you pay.
We want you to feel good about your purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — for example, if the product wasn't delivered, you can't access what you bought, or it wasn't what you expected. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
To request a refund, email support@cbtwithai.com with the date and amount of your payment, or contact Lemon Squeezy support directly. Lemon Squeezy's own refund terms may also apply to your purchase.
