Resilience Test (BRS)
The Brief Resilience Scale (BRS, Smith et al., 2008) measures your ability to bounce back from stress and hard times. It's six short statements. Mark how much you agree with each, based on how things generally are for you. The higher your score, the faster you tend to recover from difficult stretches.

Resilience grows from small, regular things: recovery time, leaning on the people around you, and skills to notice and unpack anxious thoughts. The exercises include practices for handling stress, a mood tracker, and a journal to track what brings you back to yourself.
